Well i just took the test but i have to say it wasnt easy! putting such crimes into a scale of 1 to 5 was, for the most part, a very difficult thing to do! Just hope it helps

I took the test and personally found it off and misleading: in all these crimes, the intent is depraved, pathological! What is stressed is the intent to cause harm consciously. It'll all pathological. If you can do one of these, you can do all of these, that's the characteristic of the psychopath. You can't rate "depravity". OSIT.

I found also that some examples are off, like in :

ITEM 2 : Intent to maximize damage or destruction, by numbers or amount.

Examples :
1. Bombing a crowded building at the height of the work day, in order to cause the greatest number of casualties.

2. Placement of a computer virus designed to cause maximal computer hard drive destruction in transmission.

3. Fraud for the purpose of not mere greed, but to erase a victim's financial foundation.

4. Bombs created with nails to maximize damage shrapnel.
5. Biological terrorism.

1, 4 and 5 are not exactly the same as 2

Do they equate hackers with terrorists that can carry out biological terrorism?

I find it weird.

Now i come to think about it i think you maybe right! the only ones i found not to be in this catagory, in my opinion, was crimes through racial and religious means as i figured that these could easily be done through continuous programming of an idevidual rather than being purely evil. Also i thought the same for group mentality crimes such as gaining status through crimes as again this could be the result of contunuous programming and these were the ones i found most easy to answer purely on those grounds. Aswell as you point out i saw one question that equated destruction of property and the destruction of people/persons in the same catagory. Thats the main reason i found so many hard to answer properly.

I think I just hit a program....was getting ready to fill out the survey and "turned off" the instant the site wanted my demographic info. It might be a paranoid program.

Should I just push through this, or grab hold of it and find the roots of the program?
