Was uploaded on youtube by that day, and I heard it on the news the same day. It coincides with the same day of the most exhalations per day (in this year-so far) registered in Popocatépetl’s volcano.
It hadn't been the first time, I would not be surprised if there is a "big enough" earthquake in the coming days, though.

February 26 12:00 h (February 26 18:00 GMT)

Today, during a flight , with the support of the Navy, it was possible to see inside the crater of the Popocatepetl volcano. It was observed that the dome number 48 was destroyed leaving a funnel-shaped cavity about 80 meters deep. In the bottom of this, there is a new dome with a diameter of 20 to 30 meters (image) .

February 26 11:00 h (February 26 17:00 GMT)

In the last 24 hours, the Popocatépetl volcano monitoring system recorded 544 exhalations of low to moderate intensity. This activity was increase from 02:30 h. To account these exhalations, all visible events at the instrumental records were included.

Similarly, yesterday at 19:36 h and today at 04:58 h were recorded two volcanotectonic eartquakes with magnitude 2.6 and 1.6, respectively.

Edit:Note: Iztapalapa is a borough (in Spanish: delegación) within Mexico City is located "nearer" Popocatéptl volcano
