Diet and high metabolism

Since joining this forum and taking the advice I've read to heart I've noticed that since I've switched my eating habits to healthier foods I'm eating alot more, I'm almost always hungry and Ive started dropping weight. For most people, dropping weight is a good thing but for me it isn't based on the fact I'm very much hard pressed to stay above 150. About a week ago I've noticed that my size 32 pants are actually too big for me. I think I'm on the right path but I'm trying to gain weight, my ideal weight range for me personally is between 160-180. That's just what I've noticed about myself and not from reading anything. I eat fresh fruit and vegetables along with rice and meat. My biggest issue is grazing, and i like to do it alot. I have started the EE program and I sincerely don't have an appetite for junk food, yet i still graze. I try to eat a simple breakfast, sometimes lunch and then a pretty big dinner. The thing that puzzles me most is the amount of food i eat, yet i still want to graze alot. I've come to the conclusion i need some extra input and introspection from someone else. Any Idea's?

Hi shadowsaround.

When I started Detox diet along with introducing new food two years ago my weight was around 74kg (163lbs). During next 12 months I've lost 10 kg (22lbs). So today I look pretty skinny, but I'm not having any regrets because in course of time I have learned a lot about my previous unhealthy eating habits which contributed to my intoxication and possible cause of many ailments in my life. I think that only when applying gained knowledge about our diet and food we are eating we can dig up and face our health problems, that includes weight losing/gaining.

I strongly recommend reading this thread where you can find a lot info about weight losing/gaining problems and perhaps change your perspective of this subject.

It would be wise also to check all sticky topics here

I hope this was helpful.
