Well, it has obviously been given the wrong title. It should be something like "Scale of Evil Murderers", because as we all know, not all Evil manifests as murder. In this sense, looking at Qui Bono of a piece such as this, the likes of Bush and Zbigniew Brzezinski would be considered not evil at all using this scale. By focusing on one thing (more or less), this scale does a lot of evil, because it hides the fact that most psychopaths aren't murderers, or even violent. This is very dangerous in my view, and does more harm than good.

It totally misses the sociopaths & narcissists we deal with who, IOHO are EVIL.
