Last week I had a dream about my friend who is pregnant. She was carrying her baby around in her arms, but it was still in the placenta and she still had a full term baby bump. She decides it's time to give birth, so she lays the baby on the table and tears open the placenta. I hold the baby and comment on all the dark hair she has.
Last night I dreamt that I was with this pregnant woman. Her water breaks and I take her to the hospital. They have her on a hospital bed and shes making noises like she is in labor. To the left of her, on a small metal table, is the baby and it's still in the placenta. I look at the baby, it's the right size but it's features look like a baby about 10 weeks into pregnancy.
I looked up the meanings of birth, but I'm wondering what the baby outside of the mother's body, in the placenta could mean.
