dream about snakes and thoughtprojections

I want to share a dream I had a while ago.
I apologise if my English is not perfect, I hope it is understandable.

Dream :
I am in a house/home and I see a snake. Is it withdrawing into it’s shelter through a hole in the wal of the house. Then I see a strange huge cave system (the snake seems to live here, it is beneath the house). The “old” snake is dead. It was the one that was ruling. Seemingly the “new” snake has killed the old one and taken over control. But then the old snake was very old/ancient, as old as mankind itself. The snake had sepcial powers and with these powers he was ruling.
I feel very strange when I see the snake. I feel a lot of aversion and revulsion.

I am in my home again. I notice that the 2 cats that live in my house are now dubbled. The cats seem to be there in duplicates. I feel that something is wrong. I notice that there most be something behind the duplication of the cats. I realise that it must be a person. Someone is imagining the cats and projects them into the house. I leave the house and pass a strange hairy creature. One cat has changed into something strange.
Now I fly/float before my flat apartment. There is a women. I suspect that she had made the projections. With thoughtpower I fight with her, to free myself from her domination. While we fight I notice a man/wizard behind the woman. I look at him and feel his negativity/angryness and evilness. I realise now that he was the one who was behind all the projections, including the woman I am fighting with.
Now I point my hand/energy to him and I win the battle. I feel good/free.

Just wanted to add a few thoughts to the dreams.

House/home seems to represent 'self/yourself'. So discovering the snake and cave would suggest you've recently learnt about part of yourself you didn't know about before.
Its possible that you have found your 'predator'....but the last part about aversion/revulsion....perhaps you are seeing your 'predator', through the 'predators' eyes?

Usually house symbolises the body, so moving upstairs and seeing a white light might symbolize the activation of higher centers that is the way to escape the coming invasion.

So perhaps going down into the basement is todo with the lower centers?

Perhaps the tracing of a core program? Seeing the man behind the curtain.. hmm
Feeling good/free at the end though, may possibly be a trick?
The reference to cats, it may be worth reading the Wave series...I remember a part about Dogs/Cats in dreams from the C's that may be relevant, but I can't seem to find it at the moment

Hi,

Thanks for the addition, a new point of view.
You probably are right about the false feeling of freedom. Did not thought about that. My feelings says that you are right but then that feeling can be wrong too (program?), I read lately. Complicated. I already learnt that a lot of feelings are not realy what they seem to be and seem to cover something else. A nice puzzle to still see the truth.

I am still reading the C material. It is interesting, sometimes very confronting. But new in many ways, but then not really "new", but somehow it seems like a memory, or like looking at things for a second time, seeing what was not seen the first time. But then a thirt time, it would probaly be different again (more real?).
I shall dig and search for what you mean by the dog/cat thing in dreams. Thanx for poining it out.
