Dream - Entertaining

I had a dream about 2 people on the forum and I take it as pure entertainment. I'm sharing it for these reasons and not to dig for deeper meanings...

Anyways, they are 2 people I don't actually know beyond how they present themselves in the forum and myriad articles they write. In these dream, they were 2 journalists working different parts of a city, chasing stories down I presume. I sensed there was something slightly strained in there relationship which is why they were working different parts of the city rather than the same part together.

Anyways, at some point one of them sensed something may be up in the other part of the city the other one was working. It so happened the other one had stumbled upon well, what I took as an alien conspiracy of some sort, an invasion type scenario. The aliens took on ethereal figures somehow. Anyways, they injected your mind and over-rode your independant thought processes and your outlook took a different form - think 'the flyers mind' in Carlos Castaneda. So one was in the process of getting infected by these aliens by virtue of having stumbled upon their layer and getting caught.

The other happened to arrive in time and rescue him before the process was complete. They rushed out of the building to the nearest car they could find, which happened to be a 2 seater 4 by 4 truck. They were reversing back to get onto the highway so they can make an escape and were anxiously also looking forward to see if the aliens will give chase. Bear in mind they are in a 4 by 4 and here I am, watching this thinking, 'I don't think that car can go fast'. Anyways, the aliens did come racing out of the building in their own cars, except theirs were super cars. It became somewhat comical at this point because one of the 2 protagonists at the sight of this went like "Oh sh*t".

Anyways, they reversed and hit the highway and started speeding down the road making their getaway. At this point the dream as far as I can remember lost 'cohesion' as it turned out the truck they were in actually had features that allowed it to go a little bit to fast. So fast that the driver lost control and went careering off the highway onto like whatever you call this type of structure. From there they struggled with the car and I presume managed to get away... dream lost cohesion and I lost contact with it when they were on top of a hill with what appeared like a really steep descent wondering if going down the descent was a good idea or not...

Anyways, the 2 people in the dream took the persona's of Joe & Niall in the forum - at least as represented by my mind.

It is along this dream. It seems that you are not in your dream, this is surprising! You're right it is difficult to interpret. But it seems to speak of caution and self-help to those trying to awaken.

Another one, though not sure if it were a dream or not.

I was asleep, then the thought descended upon me that something was in the house and coming to my room. At that moment I knew something, a strategy. Basically something about a disguise. So the plan was to still remain asleep. Whatever the thing was, it wasn't benevolent. There was this deep slow breaths emanating by my side. As if something big was there, looking down at me. By the breaths it sounded like some kind of bear or something similar though at the time, I kid you not, I was pretty sure it was a lizzie or something alien like. Then I felt a huge energy wave/pulsed that jolted me straight up. I was in a terror like state and was thinking if I've been abducted or something, I stand zero chance as the creature by its breath felt powerful plus that wave was also powerful and downright terrifying.

I looked around and my room was pitch black. So black that I couldn't see my hands in front of my face. I stayed there for awhile, scared to move, waiting for my eyes to readjust. It took what appeared like a super long time but the thing seemed to be gone. So as you do in the middle of the night, I went back to sleep.

Let me clarify the choice of words in the title... it's not regarding the subject matter i.e. what happened in the dream (suffering). It's regarding how my dream mind decided to tell this story... it was 'too out there' at the time and so I considered it 'entertaining' or maybe a better word would have been, 'random'.

Naturally, given the ordeal you've particularly been through in the last couple of weeks, the choice of word in the title was wrong... in defence, I wasn't to know...

But yeah, the rule is that the dream characters relate to the dreamer so I hope you haven't taken offence!
