I had a dream last night, which ending left strong impression in me. The theme of the dream was somekind of war against other beings, who had declared it by attacking police (first deceiving them) and then brutally killing, which had shocked all the people (in the dream i witnessed this event from birds eye view).
Then there was battle against these beings (i don't remember anymore who they were), which i participated also. I seemed to have somekind of super powers which helped during the battle.
At one point i saw a person lying in the ground, and i knew he was my father, even though he didn't resemble my real life father. He was wearing some kind of space suit and was suffering, so we (there was others with me) had to do something. I had to end his suffering by injecting some substance to his helmet. While injecting it i was feeling insecure whether i'm doing it correctly.
There was gas or liquid covering his face, and after it disappeared there was only skeletal remains left. Then he morphed into orange light into the sky, which i saw through the window. The light made beatiful figures in the night sky, and made me feel emotional. Then the light turned to smoke and a small blue bird flew into my chest. After that i woke up.
I thought it was interesting dream and had strong archetypal elements like the father and the bird, although i'm not sure how to interpret it. Perhaps a symbolic representation of some inner battle/struggle coming to resolution.
