During Mercury transit a celestial object was seen- Sun's twin?

Hi,

I need your help to discern the message of this video which presents some footage taken mainly from the southern hemisphere featuring a large object and also some "tail" of sort made of several object inside a plasma cloud. The object appear cloaked in a red dusty veil, some heat is also detected. Some older images are also presented with Sun setting down and the second sun next to it

My initial take on what he said and how he said it was that he was holding his tongue firmly in his cheek and playing off on conspiracy nonsense. He was probably mentally counting the views his video would get as a consequence and how many dumb people would believe that he was being sincere.

Oh gosh, this little bit explains so much of youtube and the web in general. I have had the hardest time believing that there could be insincerity out there. I'm over that.

Very irresponsible this guy. You can make jokes with friends or colleagues who can get it, but not with the general public among which some could take it seriously. Years ago, a group of students were asked to help organize a open-day event in an observatory in Europe. I was one of these. People would enter by groups of fifty to twenty, and after presenting the instruments, they would ask a few questions and we would chat for a while. Since the operation was long, from 10am to 3am, at moments you tell jokes, especially when people ask about extraterrestrials and such (this part is a rationalization on why I've been a jerk in the following). One woman in particular asked me what would happen in 2012 and my answer was naturally "what? you don't know? it's just the end of the world, nothing to worry about". The problem is that she took it very seriously because the froze, with the mouth wide open. I tried to tell her that it was just a joke but it was too late, she had difficulties walking and someone had to take her out for air. Bottom line, jokes are only for those who can get them.

Yes, humor is case dependent. There are jokes ok for 2, for 6 and for whole rooms of people (mostly strangers). Not a lot of overlap for appropriately funny material.
