Dyshidrosis

I can report that after 10 days at the seaside, and walking barefoot in the sea and sand pretty much all day long, my feet got cleared and so far (a week later) still haven´t returned. Before the vacation, I had a huge outbreak. It was simply crazy with multiple bumps and chopped skin. I also suspect that the problem is multifactored, stress being one of them.

I usually went to the seaside once a year for at least 9-10 days and never had those. Then I haven´t been to the seaside for a couple of years and started getting those bumps. Now they´re gone and I´ll monitor if they return... 🤷‍♀️
If you've been a lot on the sun, it could be from vitamin d

I think stress is a major factor, but also it wouldn't hurt to supplement with Vit D (if you're not already, or maybe increase) as apparently it's a huge cause in eczema/ skin problems in general. I've watched plenty videos where those who suffered from debilitating eczema moved to near the sea, to bathe in the salt water and be exposed to the sun more.

I've been taking multiple supplements, including vitamin D, and going on the sunbeds once a week to make up for the crappy sun exposure in the UK (these heatwaves are making it too hot for myself and my son to go out) -- my eczema and those little itchy bumps appear between my fingers if I eat things I'm not supposed to, take codeine or stop taking the vitamin D and other supps.

Glad you've had a rest from that though!!! Xx

Perhaps. I do usually take daily 8000ui, when ill I take even more. So, perhaps I need more even on daily basis…
Perhaps it has to do with the healing mud as I was in that general area, and that mud was right there when you scratch the sand surface.
Or combination of the sea and all of the above. 😅

That mud is something else. I remember going there with my family - covering ourselves from head to toe with black mud and then baking in the sun. My mum’s rheumatism was miraculously healed and so were my sister’s acne. I had no health issues but I remember my skin was like velvet for months after 😊
