Used to be able to edit a topic title I'd created. Can't seem to do that since the last major update to forum software. Am I missing something? Thanks.

No, you are right. In the past you could only edit the topic title of a next new post, but not of an entire topic. Best to report it (to a moderator), for this you can use the report function which should be below every post and he can take care of it, if the change is suitable.
