EM emissions from fireballs?

In the Sott Earth Changes Summary December 2016 Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_llDT9V8hQ at time index 3:40 you can see that two neon tubes (red, blue) are flickering as the fireball moves across the sky, which could indicate strong EM disturbances caused by the fireball. Too bad that we don't see if the tubes were steady before and after the event.

This is the second event where apparently a fireball causes flickering lights. I also posted about the first event, also contained in a Sott Earth Changes Summary video, but can't find my post any more. Does anyone remember? It was on a public square in Russa I believe, some time last year.

I think it is this topic here:

Lights with 'foreknowledge'

No, but Niall helped me find it. It's in Sott Earth Changes Summary Video March 2015 at time index 13:55:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7zDHTShGJ0

It's from March 17, 2015, in Stavropol, Russia. You'll see how a series of street lamps (but not all) turn off during the fireball 'burnup'.

Thanks. That is indeed very interesting and worth keeping an eye on future events because the meteor is the main attraction where it is easy to lose attention for the minor lights so to speak.
