would an organic portal with his amygdala,and the higher cntrs fully developed would they ever experience empathy?

First off, nice use of spaces! Are you posting from a phone?

Secondly, an organic portal does not have higher centers, so that might be important to remember. They have fully functioning lower centers, as do individuals with the 'seed of a soul', so they are basically indistinguishable from each other. Also, organic portals do experience empathy, though it may be sympathetic (brought on by visual or physical input). In fact, most organic portals are the 'salt of the earth' - normal human beings with feelings and empathy and all that a human is. Organic portals are not 'bad' - though they do tend to be easily led and on this planet the leaders tend to be 'bad', thus, the issue. Not sure if that helps with your question, but, fwiw.

Okay, if you're not using a phone, you're officially back 'on the hook' for typing as if you really don't want anyone to understand what you write. ;) I figured you must be using a phone keypad to type that badly - so - use your space bar and your shift key. It makes all the difference in the world. :)

If they did, they would no longer be an OP. With that said, there are apparently many stages between OP and souled human - as I stated in another thread, we certainly don't know everything and "there are more things in heaven and earth than are dreampt about in your philosophy".
