Energetically exhausted and don t wanna live like a «zombie» (need advice)

A Disturbance in the Force
Hi,

I am younger than 30 and run my small business (I am ceo and
only employee in the company).
My problem is that I am almost constantly energetically exhausted
(I don t know if I am mentaly or/and emotinally drained but I
just know that I don t have energy in my system)

I YAWN 10+ TIME DURING THE DAY (when sky is light blue, so to speak)

The weird part: I am fit and have relatively big muscles – I am physically
strong young man who can lift heavy weights and people
(even doctors) can t belive that I don t have energy to work normally
in my office.

When I have to excercise, I am tired but I still excercise.
When I need to work, I am tired but I still work as much as I can.

I need to constantly fight with my mind to motivate myself to
do almost anything useful.

My day is going like this :

-I sleep 8-10 hours and get up in the morning

-Then I go to run on a fresh air in nature. I run cca 1,5 miles and
then do some pushes, lift some weights for a little, doing core excercises etc.
My complete workout is not too hard.

-Then I take a shower (warm and then cold water for better circulation)

-Then I take a rest and relax (also eat of course etc.)

-Then I am going to work.
Since I run my small company, I can make my work schedule.
My work time is officially from 12 to 8 p.m.

BUT

I work 2 hours and rest 1 hour,
work 2 hours and rest 1 hour,
work 2 hours and that is my work day

I just can t work more and rest less.

At first, I thought that maybe I am lazy, but when I push myself with discipline,
I still NEED to yawn a lot of times and feel energetically exhausted.

-When I finish my work, I am so tired that I need to rest myself
almost whole time and then I go to sleep.

---
Important note: It is not too much stress and expectations.
I did my best to optimize my stress and effort.
---

Nobody, I mean n-o-b-o-d-y can t
convince me that this is normal or that I have to accept myself to be this kind of a «zombie»

I drink some coffee (1-3 times per day), I use multivitamins,
eat meat (etc.) and even though I can see some small benefits from that
it is just NOT ENOUGH.
I still need to yawn a lot of time and feel energetically exhausted during the day.

I am not a normal human being, I am a «zombie».

But

I made basic blood tests and they are ok (they are not perfect, but they are ok)
I made basic thyroid tests and they are correct
Right now, I am doing neurological tests and waiting for results

I can see that you have done a lot of reasearch about human metablism, diets,
unconventional cures and human health in general.

Because of that, I came here for advice and
I would be really grateful if you can help me with my problem.

(I don t wanna become a superman but I don t wanna live like a «zombie» either)

Thank you!

Other than some dietary changes such as eliminating gluten, dairy, sugar etc, what came to mind for me after reading what you are going through is Adrenal Fatigue. Here is a brief description to see if it fits you - http://adrenalfatiguesolution.com/adrenal-fatigue-symptoms/

Actually, seeing as this is your first post on the forum, we would appreciate it if you would post a brief intro about yourself in the Newbies section, telling us how you found this forum, how long you've been reading it and/or the SOTT page, whether or not you've read any of Laura's books yet, etc.

Generally how does your diet looks and what do you do to relax? And have you heart of Éiriú-Eolas already?

Others asked you already about the diet, but it would also be great if you could share a bit more about your emotional state, or at least think about it. Are you happy with what you have in your life at the moment? Do things you do motivate you and interest you? Or you do things because you have to, or need to, or supposed to?

The point to those questions is, that body and mind can influence each other, and in some cases when you continue doing something that you don't really want to, your body can say "no". Here, read a forum thread about this.

And welcome to the forum! :welcome:

Perhaps exercising first thing in the morning on an empty stomach when your cortisol is highest is something you should reconsider. It can lead to adrenal fatigue as Bear mentioned. 1.5 miles isn't excessive but over time the effects of chronic cardio add up and may be playing a part in your fatigue.

Yes, it's almost like chronic fatigue, which could have some viral component involved. And then there's the environmental factors, which you may be ingesting or exposing yourself to in some way and possibly be unaware of.

How long has this been going on and was it gradual? Were there any precipitating factors? It seems like 'pushing yourself with discipline' if you don't know what's causing the problem, may not have the positive outcome that you want.

IMO, everything you said about your daily routine I think that you maybe pushing yourself to hard. Maybe you just have more expectations that you can really do?

What do you think and do when you relaxing?

Also, between superman and zombie is 'normal' human bean that just try what he can.

What do you expect from your self, your life and what is your goal in life and intentions?

Thank you everyone for your answers!

- I feel like this for a few years. It was probably gradual…I don t know about percipitating factors

-I don t excercise on an empty stomach. I take breakast, relax a little and then excercise
(I didn want to explain every single detail in my first post)

-I don t have a special diet, I eat like an average man form Europe (meat, milk, fruits and vegetables, carbs, little sugar and fat etc. etc.). It is pretty balanced but I am not obsessive with it.

-When I really wan t to relax, I lay on my couch and listen the relaxing music mostly

-I am not truly happy but who is truly happy in this world?
I don t hate my job and life either. When I was doing other jobs, I felt even worse

-I expect to be able to work and live normally during the day

Sounds to me like you need to be more sPonTanEouS and do things that you would not "normally" do, you seem bored with your life and your body may be telling you this by the continuous yawning- a possible metaphor for "please do something different" by doing the same things everyday is definitely bah humdrum normal and no fun, I think if you went out there and started manifesting activities or even trying different things that you have never tried and would like to do may help. A routine is nice and everything for this dimension and everything even the planets have cycles but I think you are in need to change up your life a bit and do something that is not normal to you by being more spontaneous and seeking more of what it is you truly want to do in this life, seeking within and out of yourself. You and possibly your body are wanting for something different in your life. Reading books will also help you gain more knowledge which in effect will elevate your awareness and help you to heal in many ways. You might also need more oxygen, because yawning usually is indicative of not getting enough oxygen into your brain, get some plants!?

Thanks.
I would like to live more spontaneous life but I don t have financial freedom to do that.
I need to excercise in the morning and I need to work during the day.
After that, I am just too tired.
Also, socialising in the weekend is just not enough to fuel me for my work days.

Hi joxyz. You need to take care your Magnetic Field. It is our shell physical body protection.Try to avoid any technological instruments in your room as telephones, computers, electrical clocks(use the normal ones)they are really poison.

Do not forget than our skin is the biggest organ we have,so try to use organic products.Watch carefully the products are you using,it is really important.

Take probiotics. Here same link with some information.

and welcome to the forum

Hi joxyz. I recognise some of the stress-ors in your life and how they're impacting your energy levels. I agree with suggestion to introduce yourself on the forum and if you feel comfortable to provide some more information on your background. Without knowing more about your underpinning life story my gut reaction is that you need to slow down, develop social relationships and let go of some of the business tasks weighing you down. Letting go of some responsibility may help spread some of the load pulling you down, give your mind some space and energy it needs.

Regarding exercise, instead of running you could try walking gently with mindfulness: http://www.sott.net/article/310310-A-better-way-to-exercise-Infuse-your-workouts-with-mindfulness

It isn't going to be the magic answer to your yawning but I think you'd agree you need to make some changes here.

Thank you everyone.

-I need to work on my computer very often so it is not possible to avoid it.

-I don t think that I have too much stress.I work 6 hours instead of 7,5 hours like most people.
Right now, I can t work just 4 hours a day for example and except to earn enough money for a living.

Thanks again
