There is a guy (Rick) who has been doing astral travel for over 50 years and claims that he interviewed one such cave giant in Afghanistan while Rick was in his astral body:

According to his report and the words of the giant, this giant has been alive for several thousand years and apparently can easily see beyond the physical to a certain extent.
