I couldn't find a thread dedicated specifically to evolution (or intelligent design), so I thought I'd start one here. I recently finished reading a few books on the topic -- Darwin's Black Box: The Biochemical Challenge to Evolution and The Edge of Evolution: The Search for the Limits of Darwinism, both by Michael Behe, and Evolution 2.0: Breaking the Deadlock Between Darwin and Design by Perry Marshall; I thought all three were quite good.
