Evolution of human line

Hello! I would like to get an answer from Cs. After the reading a few chapters from Wave series, I realized that the wave is a global cosmic process. And when it will reach the Earth, the humanity or some part of humanity goes from 3rd to 4th level. It can be called the human evolution.
I am going to philosophic and esoteric lectures, and now we are studying the work The Secret Doctrine, written by H. P. Blavatsky, in the part about cosmogenesis was mentioned the process of human evolution, which consists of the transition from the first to the second race - Hyperborea, from the second to the third - Lemuria, from the third to the fourth - Atlantis, from the fourth to the fifth - Aryan. The name of the sixth race is not known now.

The question is the transformation from the fifth to the sixth race in Secret Doctrine is this a Cs transition from the third to the fourth level ? How it will be called and where will be the continent of sixth human race ?

Well, if we were brought here and created by someone else, I have the following questions based on the above quote:

Now who is this 'third eye' civilization? Terran civilization under the surface? Are they humanoids at all? C's said the civilization developed on its own. That means they were always here, is this right, or wrong? And somebody is in contact with this civilization, and if so, by who? Are these beings like '4D' (in a sense that animals are '2D' and we are '3D') with more developed psychic abilities? Do they have more advanced technology than ours? Do they exist at all under the surface right now as we speak? And where? Does that mean we have an entire subterranean civilization called 'The Nation of the Third Eye' and we know nothing about it yet? And they too are under control and manged by the orions from 4D (which is according to my own understanding, entirely different realm of existence that is absolutely outside of our perception and knowledge base). And we have Aryans and Reptilians, so does that mean that the civiliztion under the surface are reptoids and we co-exist with them in 3D?

And if there is indeed a civilization that was evolved on its own under the surface of the earth (subjective, did they evolved under the surface, or did they moved in there?), what is going to happen during the realm change?

If they are 3D beings like us but are far more advanced than us, aren't we all going to jump in the same boat whatever the realm border change occurs? I am asking these questions because I feel like it is important to understand the world we live in today, and if somebody claims that there is indeed a different civilization called 'the Nation of the Third Eye', how can we verify their existence, who are these guys, and what would they look like in 4D if they are about to co-exist with us, and are in fact, in contact with who? Are they STO or STS, or are they just some intelligent species who are just like us, STS humanoids or what?

And talking about the Orion 'managers', are they bi-density humanoids (if I am wrong?) which means their frequencies allow them to be in the 'present physically' in 3D or 4D at will, without the use of any technology?
