Hi All:
Just wanted to tell the real story of a "bell cow" in the increasingly ugly USA. "Bell Cows" were just that, the one with the bell would tell you where the herd was.
My neighbor, a single mother w/ 2 kids by different men in her late 30's. No College, some vocational training, has worked for a large retailer for 17 years, on and off. She was recently promoted , and part of the promotion included a background check, in order to sell guns/ammo and handle large sums of money.
Seven years ago, when her 3 year old son was visiting his father and the new wife, there was a verbal phone conversation between the women over the care of the child. She was threatened by the wife, allusions to the fact that the child was in her care and could be fed something injurious. My friend reacted with threats of her own, foul language etc. All on the phone, no physical encounters. Just 2 women having an argument.
There were obvious tensions in the adult relationships, including the man. My friend was charged by the county Sherrif with " Terroristic Threatening", a misdemeanor, same charge as stealing a candy bar or running a stop sign. She paid her fine and forgot about it, as it was nothing but an argument on the phone. Really ? Terroristic Threatening ?? ridiculous.
She was suspended without pay, and has after 4 weeks of this, now resigned. She has been informed that she will not be receiving bonuses, vacation or personal time in her last check; in fact she may not get one at all. ?? I advised her to seek legal council, though she cannot get it here, a cartel for this retailer exists in the area and no lawyer will take it. I assisted her with it, interviewing lawyers, etc...no go.
She has sold everything and left the area for 1400 mile road trip back to where her mother and siblings reside. She has been declined for unemployment benefits , as well. After 17 years of work, b/c she was "suspended" and has now "quit".
I have had similar events happen to me. Mine cost me much , much more. I have refused to pay or acknowledge the "cops" and "courts" that conspired , in my case, to extort money from me. There was no evidence in my case, U They can accuse you, and that's all they need with a cooperative Judge. Really, yes!!
So, this is the "bell cow" event for all to know: if you have any involvement with the police or courts, you will be impoverished unless you pay. And even if you "pay" you will be relegated to low wage situations, enslaved. In some cases there is "expungement" , this is a lucrative racket locally. About $3,000 to get done, all split between cops/courts, for misdemeanors.
Avoid the Police and charges of any kind. Don't drive, don't walk around in 'weird" hours, don't speak harshly to anyone, don't express discontent with any of it. How do you think the Clinton's have gotten away with literal murder ??? The Hill is one smart freak and lawyer: do not let them charge you to begin with. Avoid being charged, once you are, as the Hill knows well, you done unless you wanna pay and pay and pay. Money that is, the locals even earn cash for having your body locked in a cage, $40/day from the FED Govt.
This woman's career has been trashed for "nothing". Mine was , too, and I have been self employed for 30+ years; have to pay the fines in order to get "licenses" renewed to do what I do, along with a full disclosure affidavit on file with each licensing agency m for each incident, which BTW, have nothing at all to do with suitability to do my "job". Now , I found legal ways around it to continue practicing my profession, but I still can't drive legally and so I rarely do. I will never pay them out of principle, as I was not guilty; stops, searches, charges, 18 illegal arrests and holding me for weeks at a time, at the request of an embezzling sibling,.. ...all of it illegal. My case was different than hers, but same outcome.
She now has almost no choice, but to do as I do and work in "grey areas" , selling dumpster dived items for cash , to feed her kids. Its not enough, and she will have to go on "welfare". She will easily qualify with 2 kids and no job, also hispanic surname in California ! lol. But she is just an average "bell cow" American, who wants to work for others and now cannot b/c of the "Police State" we live in. BTW, she can get this "expunged" for about $2400 , paid to...you guessed it..Judges, lawyers and who knows who.
Stay legal, stay low if you aren't. Just avoid any contact whatsoever with the "cops" , if possible. If you drive a vehicle in the US, you cannot avoid them, traffic stops, check points, etc...this police state must end sson, but it is compromising the emotional/financial health of many, many people.
It is this sort of insidious, malefic side effect of impovershment, that most don't even know about, that brings people down to the ground so they can't do anything but "survive" daily. It's breaking "normal" people, and their world in pieces. Who will be left to work for these freaks if everyone is a "criminal". I thought it very telling that her background check came back as "non competitive" resulting from the 7 year old charge. She has been quite "competitive" in that organization in the same time period, earning a promotion, even.
