It'd probably be more determinable when/if more videos surface.
The clouds aren't so low as to fully conceal if there was something entering from the atmosphere(as was with Waco fertilizer plant), so if there will be someone that captured a few seconds before the explosion it would be easier to tell.
It's a second ammo depot blast in Russia, the former one was absolutely massive! I can't find the link to it now, but the smoke plume look like a nuke and windows were rattled 30km from the site and it 'coincided' with an earthquake, too.
Ammunitions, Fertilizer Plants, It seems that Universe is going to gradually disarm the PTB. Maybe not the 4th but the 3rd WW will be carried out with sticks, then

I caught this too on RT, I thought it might have been a diversion tactic for a meteor but who knows. It stated that they deployed these munitions after declining US help with the endeavour but it reads it a little careless. I'm on my phone right now so it's tricky accessing the article/video though will return to this.
