A possible clue as to why so many of us with allergies are so ill this year?? We have a plague of ill dogs and cats from serious allergic reactions, and people are not faring much better here.....everyone I know with allergies is having a very tough time. Even with diet changes, I'm having to take up to 4 antihistamines a day to cope, and some days even that is not enough. It scares me for those of my friends who have not made those changes, and who are quite ill.
