Think that this work on the diet that we are doing is like fighting this system. It is not an easy thing to do. There are many ways to fight this sick system, one of them is by taking care of our diet. Whenever you go, you see all these bad products, and depending where you live, bread and gluten are everywhere, just there, and people are addicted to them.

I've always thought about the diet like that, seeing it as a way as going against the system. The system wants to eat all that nasty stuff that destroys our guts and pineal gland. Keeping to the diet and "the work" pretty much go hand in hand, learning to discipline yourself with the diet is really useful. As others have said, everyone slips up, when I first started "Paleo" I was still eating milk chocolate for a loong time!

Recently I've been setting myself little tasks at the beginning of the day to keep to my stance. Maybe this will help? Today was "read 3 SOTT articles, clean up, read book, go on forum" and when you've completed the little tasks, you do start to see improvements! Usually doing the things we DON'T want to do help!

Yes get familiar with the keto diet! It's delicious and many many mainstream people use the diet for rapid weight loss. People also thought I was sick when I started Keto and was asked about "anorexia" many times by my family. You do put the required weight back on after a few months.

Good Luck Marinarm2890, and don't be TOO hard on yourself!

Hi Marinarm,

Seems you already have a lot of great advice and working where you feel good or doing what feels good also helps you self-esteem greatly and then while you wait for the program to really start to show signs , well you will feel good about what you are doing.

This past two days i feel like my energy has been drained by a lot of people sorrounding me,

Another aspect that I also consider is that if you are constantly battling energetically , then I believe the body has it's own sort of defense mechanism.

So as a result I believe that we gain weight as a sort of barrier to those energy drains , sort of like a wall of extra thickness or something.

Whilst it is proper to assist others be also aware that they can drain you either on purpose of subconsciously through old behavioral patterns.

There is an abundant source of energy in the Universe , most people just steal it from each other , but taking time out when you are feeling low , to meditate and pull in the energy you need you stop the cycle and are really performing something really wonderful for service to others.

Hope this assisted you in some way , my intention is to heal.

The thing is that i did loose a lot of weight with this "nutritionist", but beyond that, after i felt really bad, it was like a failure feeling of myself for returning back to the system in some way and not keeping on track with EE, editing and the diet. But as you all said, the important thing is to get back in track, you guys have no idea how all this replys are making me feel so much better.
