Referring to his attitude towards scientific exploration, he says 'uncertainty' doesn't bother him at all. It's "more interesting to live not knowing (while scientifically investigating the world) than to live having answers that might be wrong". That's a better approach than the conventional one that sets out to explore while already having in mind what it will find or prove.
