The origin of Cesium was located at Nuclear Safety Regulator STUK's own headquarters. There's small radioactive waste management company operating at the same building. Earlier today the headlines were screaming: "STUK is solving the mystery cesium - Air currents came from the east!" (i.e from Russia) LOL!
