For those suffering from depression

I've been using rose hip powder for a few days and it works great. Just mix one table spoon of rose hip powder with a bowl of yogurt. Eating this reduces the strain on the brain considerably. Though doesn't completely heal, it reduces the pain to a great extent. If you like the taste, eat it for a second time in a day, as it also regulates the bowel movements. I'd strongly recommend to everyone who wants to feel good.
