One great mainstream documentary which seem to have good quality informations, scientific and practical.

From the utility of running barefoot, to yoga and meditation, passing by the fact singing is sport, Michel Cymes and Adriana Karembeu transport you in the discovery of how the body can be healthy with little effort, just a little of scientific and experimental knowledge. It just miss the ketogenic diet and the power of iodine supplementation.
And I love the fun of Michel Cymes !

Good stream !

Unfortunately this movie is not accessible outside of France ...

Thanks for posting, Nico. I watched this on YouTube, because I would like to brush up on my French. :)

I think it is a nice video for those people who don't know much about diet and health, but I wouldn't recommend it to forum members who have done a lot of research already. One thing that really bothered me was this push for a vegan diet. They showed this American man who had become vegan (and his kids as well I think) gushing about its positive effects. If people are not knowledgeable about a vegan diet they would honestly believe that they were doing the right thing, if they were to go vegan.
We know from Lierre Keith who wrote The Vegetarian Myth that she suffered a lot of health problems. She was a vegan for 20 years, if I remember correctly.

Oh, I'd rather not recommend or at least be careful for the reader who have not done lots of researches yet because of the very biases like you point out Mariama : the vegan flaw ^^.

But I've read quite a good part on health knowledge so far and these documentaries provide some idea for further research, like : running barefoot seem to be the best mean to run. Check it with this new documentary :
