I watched this movie last night and would really recommend it, it's French but has subtitles:

After he becomes a quadriplegic from a paragliding accident, an aristocrat hires a young man from the projects to be his caregiver.

At times it was hilarious and other times moving and emotional, it is quite a feel-good film but I didn't find it that cheesy. It shows the physical struggles that the aristocrat goes through after his accident, and how two people can meet by chance and have a positive effect on each other. It does have some bad language and some people may find the humor abit crass, but I really enjoyed it.

I enjoyed it too - I watched it last year.

Yes, it is one of my favorite french movies. It is not very difficult to understand either, for those learning the language. Our French teacher showed it in class with french subtitles. It is a good story, and it is based on real people and events. That was my favorite part.

Ditto! I really enjoyed it. It is very touching and the music is also amazing hehe. I also recommend it for the ones who haven't seen it :)

Recommendation from me too! I watched it when it came out in North America with my mom. Very touching, and the acting is great.

I enjoyed this film too and was surprised when it was released in USA some called it a "racist movie" (see _http://variety.com/2011/film/reviews/untouchable-1117946269/ ) I think they totally missed the deep relations between the two protagonists. And if it was a black aristocrat and a white unemployed, would have they labelled it the same ?

I just watched it after a rough day after seeing the recommendations here, thanks everyone, really enjoyed the film :)
