IAEA Report Admits Fukushima Unit 5 Worse Than Previously Stated.

Details found in the recent IAEA report on the Fukushima disaster admitted some key information about the events at unit 5. These details show that the events at unit 5 were much more dire than the impression given to the public :

Eos, that's interesting. I think it was early this year I read that the u5 core had been put into its sfp. Also read u5 sfp was to take some of the r4 assemblies because the common pool was full. Don't hear much about u5 or u6. Early on TEPCO said they were going to use reactors 5 and 6 for training purposes. Webcam watchers have seen smoke coming from that area and wondered how well they really withstood the earthquake and tsunami.
