This was taken from the site (http://www(dot)christsway.co.za/letters_eng.htm) Don't ask how I got there I just came across it while surfing. It's funny in a distrubing sort of way.
The reason we murder, have wars, etc., is because we and the entire world, are infected with a malevolent entity, like from a science-fiction movie. Only it's not a movie, it's reality. You could say, that we've been brain-washed by Religion, and wrong interpetations of the Bible, and that's the problem, except you'd be lying to yourself, if you did that.
Eve took the forbidden fruit, because she was left unguarded in the garden, by the man. She was all alone, when she was tempted. It's like today, when a woman goes out on her own, she's more prone to get intoi trouble, than a man. Also, all women have problems with food, they love it, they hate it, they starve themseleves, etc.. This is the inherited nature, from the garden and the wrong choice by the women. It's actually a malevolent entity, that has a grip on the minds of all women, going back to the fall. All women are born subject to it, upon birth, it's like their souls are already the property of this entity.
Now the man still could of saved all of future humanity, by refusing to eat what his wife, already ate. But, like you say, the idea of being God was too temtping, even though this first man had the whole world in the palm of his hand already. He had it all, the whole of the Universe was open up before his eyes. But something about being God was too tempting, so he gave into his women's appeals and blew it.
Just like men do with women, today. She makes you feel like God when you give into her. That feeling comes from this fall from the garden. But you'd never believe it, nope. Where all much to sophisticated to believe in a fable like the Garden of Eden.
It doesn't matter, the entir world is going to revert back to the beginning stages, just like the Garden of Eden. The lease that the earth has with evil, is just about to expire. Then the truth of the story of the Garden of Eden, will shine everywhere, and it'll be impossible for anyone to call it a fable.
