He's my favorite stand-up comedian ever. It's amazing what he gets away with by putting it into humor. At times he seems a bit psychopathic though, but then again, he probably just likes to say things that normal people find "crazy" for effect, and maybe to shock the audience a bit.

Actually, I think George has a lot of insight. Years of drug and alcohol abuse hasn't helped his discernment, but he's always known that something was 'rotten in Denmark', and has spoken loudly about it. Overall, I like him.

Harsh, but pretty darn true - I stay home a lot too, but the ugly I see has more to do with what's going on in the minds of these people rather than the way they look - although the mass mind does tend to look like his description. ;)
 
Some where in the back of my head, I'm thinking that George was in education in some way. Was it on an educational board or something?

Don't know but George does narrate some of my kids' Thomas the Tank Engine videos so George at least has tried to wipe some blank expressions off of kids.

After reading many near-death experiences, I came to the conclusion that bodies are mostly equivalent to VT-100 terminals. Looking at someone and saying s/he looks good or bad is the equivalent of saying "boy that VT-100 terminal sure does look good". Which is rather silly. What matters is the mainframe connected to the VT-100 terminal, which you can't see at all.

Still, ugly is as ugly does. Even if you don't have a good looking body, you get points in my book for doing the best with what you have.
 
I have been a fan of Carlin for years. Since I was a teenager and that was a long time ago. He usually hits the nail on the head.
