Since all the New Age meditations, prayer groups and 'bombarding the planet with light' have done no good, and possibly caused harm to planet Earth, it seems that some people moved on to more drastic actions:

The couple have studied evolutionary psychology and believe that war is mainly an outgrowth of men trying to impress potential mates, a case of "my missile is bigger than your missile," as Reffell put it.

By promoting what they hope to be a synchronized global orgasm, they hope to get people to channel their sexual energy into something more positive.

An old story by now, but the day, Dec 22 (Winter Solstice) is fast approaching. Back in November, they were getting more than 26,000 hits on their site, one can only imagin their stats now.

How bizarre and completely useless. And the synchronicity of the old peacenik woman having the same last name as Cindy Sheehan, who IS realy making a difference, is downright ironic, if not a veiled insult from the hyperdimensional reality :(

Reminds me of a "global jump" day. The organizers of this event claimed that they calculated the specific amount of people that has to jump in order to change earth's orbit and prevent global warming. Well, apparently they didn't have the right amount. ;)
