Good Job

Hello There!

Is it possible through my actions, the strengthening mechanical behavior such as helping to "rebuild" the machine to others? There is a situation in my work. I am a graphic designer. But now I'm "helping" in the tank to carry box. And in the business, there are many people willing to get high, but pushing other vacuum.

Some ask for help, others give orders. The fact is presented, the characters involved and I can be aware of what attitude to take, which would impact my job sustainability an ideal impulse response "I do not stop to boot on my neck"

I contained the remains of my ego. I have already been presented these situations in past experiences, because I have rejected. Now seems to be the litmus test for certain behaviors in me. Ultimate because I need the job and I have only two choices, quit your job because of my ego, or continue and be open to all sorts of charges that I present, which in turn are rewarded monetarily, - I had to dig into negative comments. Authoritarian, you have to put up with his insults, or you're fired. If you try, he'll reward. Until now, I have not had the experience of being insulted by him. On the contrary, so far, a pleasant attitude. The boss is German, and if anything I think I'm not mistaken, is that Latin American has been identified as a person who is not working. Not forgetting the racism towards the continent. This allows abuses in companies where the owners are just in Europe or North America. However, the boss is German, has taken a back seat, there's something in the belief the same people who are comfortable among many abuses. They are molded to do what they should do.

The situation is not completely bad nor completely good. Is unbalanced, and I can see at least as I can stay in balance, between such mental turbulence, to go ahead with the house payments.

I chose to be open and determined not to feel discomfort, acting without expecting anything in return. Seeing the situation with the possible answers I can express and because of what I know so far about the issues that shape the personality of those who are my colleagues, I have some control of myself, so that the rest will flow naturally. Gradually, through conversations people have confirmed what I have kept under observation on them. "Do not trust anyone out there" but seeing my actions as may create a shift where they respond by attacking or helping, to see how to use this for internal progress... is interesting.

Maybe you could just practice some ego transparency for now and see how it goes? Even in an environment of pre-existing prejudices, you can help enable or disable them depending on how well you present yourself, how well a job you try to do for your boss and others and how well you represent the company.

In most work experiences that I've had, ego transparency means that teamwork and the bottom line is more important than narrow-scope ego interests. In many businesses, someone or some family's survival is at stake.

Bud, just want to note that, again, you could have written the above much more simply. Instead of using the phrase 'ego transparency' which most people are going to have to figure out, you could just say, "how about actually putting the job and others first at all times while you're at work and use this action to practice self-observation and external consideration. Try to take yourself and your own needs out of the equation when at work." See how much more simple and clear that is? It's writing for others instead of yourself. fwiw.
