Hi
The attached series of photos caught my interest.
They show a reunion between brothers - two male Western Lowland Silverback gorillas. These guys were born in Dublin zoo and lived there together for several years. Then the oldest of the brothers was transferred to London for a breeding programme. They were apart for two years, and the keepers were worried about putting them together again. They weren't sure if they would know one another, if they would fight etc etc. The photos were taken immediately the animals met, and it would seem that not only do they recognise one another but that they are happy to be back together. I find that amazing!
