In an Australian study of women, they found that those who aye more red meat had a significantly lower risk of developing depression. The researchers claimed that the higher amounts of omega 3 fatty acids prevalent in grad-feed meats, as opposed to feedlot red meats, played a significant role in this.
I know all the rage about omega 3 fatty acids is kind of old news in the health community, but I think the significant effect it had on the metal health of participants was worth bringing to light, hehe :)
