There was a new book published in Armenian about Gurdjieff recently. When my brother went looking for it, the bookstore didn't have it in stock yet, but they had Beelzebub's Tales in Armenian published in 3 volumes. The first volume was sold out, and they said they'd get it soon. They also said the book he was looking for would be in stock soon. So he went to the store about a week later to pick up the book and the first volume of Beelzebub's Tales.

I started reading it yesterday (my brother is reading the book about Gurdjieff). I read quite slowly in Armenian, so it will probably take me twice as long to get through it as it did when I read it in English. But I think it's an interesting exercise. I'm getting a bit faster and smoother in reading Armenian too, which happens whenever I read a bunch, which usually happens with long periods in between and my reading speed falls again. I'll see how it goes and report any observations/experiences about reading it in the different languages.
