Have the C's ever talked about any EBE's who feed on human fear?

It's been a while since I've read "High Strangeness" and my question is have the C's ever talked about any non-physical EBE's that feed on human fear? Or vice versa, any that feed on good emotions? And if so can you please post a link to where they have talked about this topic in the transcripts? I tried searching the whole forum but couldn't find any info on this. Thank you to anyone who can answer my question! :D

Do you mean EBEs as Extraterrestrial Biological Entities? Yes, and a lot. But these entities are 4 density, and they are STS. And they are physical indeed, but differently - according to occupying realm's rules.

any that feed on good emotions?

No, what I aware of. STO don't need such energy transfer, because they serve others as opposed to self, so they do not take if there is free will not to give.
