Having SOMEONE inform the forum in case something happens to YOU

It has been on me mind for a while.

If you have a good friend or a family member that is responsible and you can trust, to witch you could leave coordinates TO HERE so he can let the forum-ers now in case something nasty happens to you.

I initially thought of FaceBook. To contact anart for example - so your friend or whatever would leave a message there.

Any ideas, suggestions ..?

I have been thinking the same thing, who to let know. Personally I will be letting my husband know and then my girlfriend who lives in another city. That way I have someone not living in the same area....you never know. ;)

Interesting you should ask this, havering been away quite often lately and with my partner, too, left a living will with our son; where papers are and all the other "what to consider things." In this there is a request to contact the Fotcm saying I'm no longer and it is to include a donation - anyway, this is what exists in a file, the way I thought about it, fwiw.

Same thing on my mind, I'm currently updating my will and intend to leave papers with instructions for my Executor regarding informing all the necessary people, one of them being FOTCM.
