1. Put your hands in hot water or take a hot shower. Sometimes the muscles in your neck and shoulders can get tense and cut the blood flow to the head/brain. If this is the case, running hot water on your hands could help relax you and give you some relief.

3. Make sure you are drinking enough water.
4. Sometimes exercise helps me; a brisk walk, a swim, stretching. Nothing to difficult, just get the blood flowing.
I get headaches from too much computer time or not enough sleep. Are your eyes Ok?
