Hearing Test

I could hear 16,000hz for sure, and 18,000hz I think I picked up something but it could have also been mixed in with the hiss from my comp.

Anyway, I really thought I was more deaf than that :P

I could only hear up to 12,000Hz, and with the right ear only 8000Hz. (I had the player adjusted to 1080p as suggested.)

A bit surprised, as I'm under 40. All those endless hours of talking to the mobile phone with it being pressed next to the right ear must have done some damage. :/
I think I will have my hearing "officially" tested also.

Thanks for posting. I heard up to 17, 000 Hz. And I thought I was more deaf than that too. (also adjusted the settings as suggested)
All those years of loud amps in concerts... but I guess they didn't affect me as much as I thought.
I also heard something for 18,000 and 19,000 and there's no hiss from the comp or anything but it wasn't as clear as 17,000.
