Help finding a video of a "fluorescent flickering cloud"?

HowToBe

The Living Force
Once, maybe around the time Sott had posted one of its first Earth Changes articles (maybe around 2 years ago, very roughly?), I clicked on some random earth changes video which Youtube presented as related. One of the clips in this video was the most remarkable weather footage I have ever seen:

A very large, billowing and picturesque cloud (I think cumulonimbus is the term?) was glowing continuously from the inside, brightly enough to be seen in the full daylight the video was taken in. Occasionally, at random moments, the cloud's radiance would actually "flicker off" like a fluorescent bulb that is going bad, and it would look like an ordinary cloud for a moment. It was like inverse lightning. Of course I immediately thought of the electric universe. If this footage was fake it was an absolutely amazing one.

I later (after a few days or weeks) tried to go back through my Youtube history to find the video, but could not find it. I can only assume it was removed from youtube for whatever reason. I have kicked myself ever since for not immediately getting some software and downloading a copy of the video to my computer to serve as a record. I also regret never posting about it. I have searched for the video with the types of search terms I expect would be effective if other people had seen the footage and commented on it: "glowing cloud", "flickering cloud", "electric cloud", "glowing cumulonimbus", and more complicated ones,, but could not find it, or any other similar footage. (not much footage of glowing clouds of any kind, for that matter!)

Since it was so amazing, I got a creepy feeling that maybe it was censored because it was too revealing of greater realities, electrical, or hyperdimensional.

So, my question is; has anyone else seen this footage or footage like it, and have a link? I will be sad if this is doomed to remain only and unsubstantiated memory of mine. I would really love to know what it was, fake or real.

I too watched such a video at around the time you mentioned. This one was uploaded on August 2011 and it's still on youtube.

I had the feeling even back then that some craft/s were hidden behind the cloud doing something with light or energy as the beams appeared controlled.

Oh, and this one also came to mind at the mention of fluorescent, but not flickering though...

It's definitely not one of those. Grini's video shows the type of cloud I'm talking about, but the video was not a time lapse. The flickering in that video appears to be an artifact of the video itself, and the light looks like the sun reflecting off of the top of the cloud at sunset. The one I'm looking for was a realtime video (The cloud was almost still). There was a bit of camera shake. It was very obviously not sunlight reflected.

The first video rymw posted looks like a "sundog" or something similar. Kind of interesting, and I did see some articles about those on SOTT around the same time, but very different from what I'm looking for. rymw's second video is also not what I'm looking for, although sort of pretty. When I say fluorescent, I just mean the type of white light and flickering a fluorescent tube bulb creates when it is going out. I don't mean that it's irridescent, containing many colors. It was an ordinary cloud

It's hard to describe what the cloud looked like when it was lit up. So here are some images to give the idea:

The following is a prop someone made out of fluff, placing a light behind it, but it very closely resembles the effect. Imagine a huge, but normal looking stormcloud, except lit up like this:

This lightning shot also gives an example of a cloud lit from inside, but I must be clear that the video I'm seeking was a daylight video, and it was definitely not normal lightning in the video. There was nothing changing shape or anything; just this weirdly lit cloud which would briefly become unlit for a split second, during which it would look like a normal storm cloud.

I'm not sure if I might be coming across as irritated or criticizing here. That's not my intent. I appreciate the help. I'm just a bit rushed for time to make this post and trying to give a better idea of what I'm looking for.

The video looked uncannily "normal" for something so strange, if that makes sense. This is why it made such an impression and I was inclined to think it wasn't fake. I'm hoping it hasn't entirely disappeared from the web. If it's still around, it appears it didn't make the sensation I would expect such a strange phenomenon to make (ie it wasn't viewed by many people).
