Help with Subscription failure

The card I used was being updated and I didn't realize it until I got the message from World Pay telling me my card had failed. I then found the new card laying within reaching distance. duh...

I need to give someone a new exp date and possibly code for the back of the card.

Is there a way to fix this easy?

If you give me a safe email to send the info it, I will be happy to send it. I went to the
World Pay site and there doesn't seem to be a way to fix this.
 
I had the same 'problem' as you are having. I just removed my faulty payment settings at the worldpay site and made a new one, It was very easy.
I think there is a link in your confirmation email. Otherwise you can request a password with your email-adress.

Hi Ockham, since the card failed the payment did not go through. So you can just resubmit with the new details

let me know privately if there is a problem

It's fixed.

Should resubmit the charge now, Grim was correct, there was a link.

These platforms are always a little strange when you unfamiliar with them. It does seem easier than Paypal.
