According to historians Napoleon and Churchill have a common point. They both risk their life a number of time on the battlefield (Churchill when he was young), but seem to go through bullets without damage. They seem to have a lot of more chance than the average.

So , here is the questions :
1) Did they really had a lot of "chance" as reported ?
2) If yes, was they "helped" ?

What if the answer to both questions is "no" and they really weren't sticking their butt out into battle as was reported? In other words, who is reporting it, and how much risk did they truly take?
