Okay, once again, this is Hoagland. His main disinfo vector seems to be the avoidance of the fact that we are basically slaves controlled by "aliens". He does acknowledge the human conspiracies, especially as it relates to NASA and its secrecy.
He does however present interesting research on artificial objects in the solar system.
In his newest article he goes as far as claiming that, according to his source at ESA (European Space Agency), through the latest radar images of the inside structure of Phobos by the Mars Express probe they now have proof that Phobos is an artificial structure AND they plan to announce it this year.
Even though this does not necessarily confirm anything, he was pretty accurate with his prediction that Obama would choose Phobos or other asteroids as the new goal of manned space missions.
