Homeland Security Exercise Scheduled for July 24 at Port

I got an e-mail from a friend tonight and thought I'd share his short e-mail and link.

"..I was the only one at the UFPPC meeting earlier
this evening that seemed confident about predicting a possible major
False Flag Event around the Assymetric Warfare Events slated for Tuesday
July 25, 2007 (yes, this coming Tuesday) announced by another activist
at the meeting. It will be some 5 years 10 1/2 months since the Tuesday
September 11, 2001 destruction, and many now believe the administration
was directly involved in orchestrating that event. If they pulled that
off, it would be fairly simple to roll a freight container holding a
dirty bomb into port of Seattle and set it off. With us all busy down
here at Port of Tacoma, there might be little to stop it up there (just
as all the jets were off "practicing" on September 11, 2001). Others
may be having similar suspicions (Mike Malloy on AM1090 is sure talking
about it tonight), but I'll say it flatly. I am, after all, unemployed
and may have nothing to make feel me better about myself besides crying
sour grapes:

the article on Assymetric Warfare isn't up there yet. He cites:

will be updated soon, as the hardcopy I've got is a good piece.

Perhaps I'll go up to Vancouver B.C. that day to see about how I can
start working toward immigration.."

"A full scale homeland security training exercise will take place at the Port of Tacoma on Tuesday, July 24. Tideflats-area businesses and residents with views of the Port area may observe emergency response vehicles, simulated explosions and smoke and limited on-water activity on Commencement Bay.

According to officials from the Center for Asymmetric Warfare (CAW), a federally-funded, national center dedicated to protecting U.S. forces, citizens and property, this activity will not disrupt normal business activity and should not create visual or audible distractions outside the immediate Port area.

The Port of Tacoma exercise is expected to begin at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, July 24 and will conclude by early afternoon. There will be no public or media access to the exercise.[..]"

Noise - I'm a little paranoid about these low poll rating and some peoples gut feelings. Bu.Sh.'s new mandate on stealing peoples property and silencing dissent. I don't know what to say. It is nice that a local person is seeing things in a similar way as I am, I feel a little less alone. The potential is certainly there and BuSh needs to find a way to save his fellow Republicrats if there is a 2008. Seems I'm a bit morbid. It's just that now it all looks much worse and sudden than I'd imagined. Thought I'd offer a heads up from around the puget sound.

The fear factor is sure being turned up a notch in the U.S. Maybe it’s just the summer news cycle. But I just had the strangest coincidences occur. I was already feeling a little more than slightly concerned while reading Bush’s new executive order about confiscating property and legally disappearing people, when the phone rings. My friend who I’d just been discussing the article with comes back from answering the phone and whispers. Your not going to believe this, it’s the Navy on the phone and they want you to print some kind of support our troops propaganda. Well I told him it’s not totally out of the blue since I have printed a couple of things for the Navy over the last decade, but not much as I don’t take credit cards. Any way I go to the phone and this guy identifies himself, but I don’t quite catch what he says. It sounds like, I’m with Navel Intelligence out of Florida and I need you to print some fliers for me to go on an ammo ship that’s docked near you I just found your name in the Dex Yellow Pages and you’re the closest printer to the base. My ears started ringing like alarm bells going off. He continues, someone has donated three tractor trailer loads of popcorn to the soldiers in Iraq and the navy has agreed to load these trailers on the ammo ship currently docked there. The alarms are getting louder by the second. “All I need from you is your email and who do I make the check out to.� I’m thinking why in the heck would these guy’s allow something as frivolous as popcorn on an ammo ship, three semi trailer loads no less. This makes absolutely no freaking sense whatsoever. I’m trying to think how I can get out of this but the article I was reading when he called implied I should be very careful about refusing to, comply? Than he tells me his names Marty also and tells me a little humorous story about his daughter and blah blah blah. At this point I was so suspicious of this guy I had to get off the phone right away. I give him my email very reluctantly and hang up the phone. My adrenaline is going off the chart. I tell my friend this is very fishy I can’t believe the military would ship popcorn all the way from the U.S. to Iraq on an ammo ship when they could just buy it somewhere a little closer to Iraq. Are they going to inspect three tractor trailer loads of packaged popcorn? My friend tries to assure me it doesn’t seem totally improbable and I may be over reacting. I ‘m well known for being quite calm during times most people would consider a crisis. I remind him of this but he still insists on calling it a strange coincidence. I take a deep breath and say ok maybe your right. So this guy starts sending me email attachments to print. Now I see that I misunderstood who he was exactly. It turns out he has a website called, Support Our Troops.org. SOT? Hmmm. Maybe nothing. The popcorn is from the Boy Scouts. Then I read this post from Noise about Homeland Security and the Port of (fill in the blank)
The name of my town starts with Port also. So I was a little curious to see what this post was about because I know Noise lives relatively close by. Well seeing it wasn’t my town you were referring to didn’t exactly calm my suspicions. I didn’t catch Mike Malloys show last night. Which is probably a good thing. I didn’t need anymore encouragement.

Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself and this seemed like a good time.

I did a little more research on this guy from S.O.T. His name is Martin Boire and it turns out he could have answered my question. If it's the same guy.




One of the definitions, which largely covers the question, is the one given by M.C. Boire ("Terrorism Reconsidered as Punishment. Towards an evaluation of the acceptability of terrorism as a method of social change or maintenance", Stanford Journal of International Law, Spring 1985) which considers an act to be one of terrorism when:

1. It is a sought, violent act or activity, which provokes or invokes terror

2. It is committed by an individual with a political objective

3. It is aimed at individuals or property

4. It intends to incite psychological anxiety, terror or the feeling of helplessness to the public. These results are more significant than the immediate material damage of a terrorist act

5. It intends to influence and alter the behaviour of its targets in order to force them to support the objectives of the terrorists

6. It goes beyond any rights that society accords to its citizens

* terrorist activities cause political instability because citizens lose their confidence in the "Rule of Law" as they observe its lack of power in preventing such activities.
* many governments face the dilemma of being considered "reactionary" and "authoritarian" or incapable of dealing with terrorism when they introduce tougher legislation in order to efficiently repress terrorism.

* terrorist activities alienate democratic and lawful beliefs of citizens as it pretends to "fight the establishment" and may gain sympathy amongst youngsters. This kind of inside alienation has not attracted much attention until now.




This guy is more than just connected. Besides being involved in the swift boating of John Kerry. He authored a study during the Reagan years. Defining the answer to the exact question on my mind at that precise moment when he called. And put me in that awkward situation. The fact is at any other time up to that precise moment. I would have told him to call another printer. Because I have never bought the lies of the Bush crime family. I don't support this war or any other war.

Only a few times in my life has my danger instinct risen to that level.
Ive always assumed they are tracking every thing we do on line. But I never had a reason to fear. I think that scene where Lobaczewski stands up to the guards and kind of calls them on their shite is probably one of our few defenses against these psychopaths. The problem with fear is it's not only paralyzing, it also rewires the brain in extreme cases. I think these creatures can smell fear and they love it. Of course fear can also be a powerful motivator.

I feel kind of like one of Pavlov's Dogs right now. I know the fear level is being cranked up right now. Like that remark during the so called filibuster. Some of the Republicrats kept saying "just wait till after September". That struck me as odd. And now the bombs and missile launchers. These are probably more to try and prove the presence of some kind of armed resistance so they can justify the roundup for the camps. Because when they stage their new 911 I think a lot of people aren't going to buy it this time. Unfortunately it probably won't matter.
