Hot, higher than normal temperature of face.

Gmork

The Force is Strong With This One
For some time throughout the day I have a hot, very hot face. I'm always so at least the forehead. This is not the fever, but there is a large difference in temperature relative to the normal. This is accompanied by some mind fog and fatigue and resentment.

At first I thought it was the coffee, but for a week now and I do not drink do not see improvement.
I spend quite a lot of time at the computer, but throughout the day as i do light work i still have a higher temperature.
However, for example, runing make the temperature returns to "normal", it may due to the fact that I'm sweating, but it certainly is not higher than the rest of the body.
I'm on a keto diet, I take magnesium, fish oil, multivitamin, potassium, and of course bone broth.

Dose somone expirience somethink like that ? Any advice ?

If you are a lady of over 40 years, I'd say this sounds a lot like postmenopausal symptoms.

If however you are a bloke, than obviously it's something different, and much more difficult to pinpoint.
My suggestion would be to see your GP if that persists, because there are some hormonal disturbances that can cause such symptoms (like hyperthyroidism for instance, but there are many more ...).

Hope that helps!
