How do Wanderers incarnate themselves into a 3D STS reality?

That's how I understand the concept, too. I think the Pleadians talk about the mission of wanderers to help with the harvest of STO candidates.

Isn't that the ultimate sacrifice, risking to loose all you have achieved so far to help others, to be of service to others (STO)? I find this thought quite inspiring.

Not sure if they would lose everything. It's their soul that incarnates in a 3D machine/body and upon destruction of same would be free to go back where they came from - having full memory again.
