A Disturbance in the Force
This is another topic on which I wanted to speak online.Maybe there is adequate audience here and might help me.
I want some kind of product which will generate boost of energy in my body.
Look I work daily maybe 18-20 hours and sleep 4-6 hours.
I'm quite young :) 37 years old and how years is passing by I feel as I lost maybe 1/3 of my everyday energy.
I know years are doing own part, but must be some natural food which I can consume and have quite satisfied boost of energy.
Whats your view of this question and advises if any.
Spec
I'm young
Don't smoke
Don't drink (Maybe 2-3 glasses of Red wine per week)
Workout in last year lowered to min level(maybe this is reason why I don't feel fresh)

You get the idea.

I think some more data about your circumstances are important, for example how does your diet look like, do you follow a regular job and in what in field?

Ginseng and/or Ashwaganda work best for me.

At work, I would have available a bottle of water with ascorbic acid, some 4 grams or more depending on personal tolerance (no more than 2-4 grams at once). You can add glycine as a sweetener or stevia if tolerated. That has worked for me the best. I would drink as needed throughout the day.

Ideally you should get at least 7 hours of sleep. One hour more can make the whole difference!

Indeed! I also work 12-24 hours shifts, and having a good long sleep is essential (at least 7 hours), otherwise your body has no chance of recovering from the accumulated stress. It is probably the most important "energy boost" your body needs, considering the repercussions of the lack of sleep.

But also, as Gaby said, ascorbic acid, and/or taking magnesium supplements (look up relevant threads on the forum), can greatly help with energy levels.

It may also sound as a broken record, but daily physical activity, even in very short boosts (5-10 minutes of strenuous exercises) can also assist with that.

There is a lot more to say about that, but you probably need to share more about your diet and daily routine to help you with something more specific.
