I think I might be (or was at one time) a 'top writer' in a couple of subjects there, but I don't ask too many questions, and some of those I have asked anonymously. I did not know one could get paid to ask questions there. There is some good information there. Some of the best information can be found hidden in the downvoted answers. Quora is a great place to see the effectiveness of mass brainwashing on a variety of subjects.

You have to get an invite to be part of the Quora Partners Program. I don't know the algorithm for acceptance. Many of the answers I receive for my questions are pat answers from students or professionals who only parrot the status quo. Some, however, are from people who are really seeking truth at any costs.
