I suggest BCAA to my Relative

A Disturbance in the Force
Day before yesterday i think, one of my relative women ask me some help on losing weight from home. And she told that she is not able to access gym. But she said she is doing some normal full body exercise and never eat that much.

In fact i have very little knowledge on weight loss and so i just googled for this. And i found an interesting article which says the BCAA products will help to loss body-fat and prevent muscle loss. And it concluded with "The BCAA supplement will maximize the workout". I just sent that link to her..

I think i m not wrongly guided her..is not?
 
BCAAs help when training while dieting, and especially when fasting, but I don't think anyone will notice a big difference from just taking them.

Have you seen our Life without bread and The Ketogenic diet threads? That is a better area of research to start if one wants weight loss and health improvements to be sustainable.
