Ice Age Theme - disable homepage "try it"

Hi,

I tested the new Ice Age Theme.
Nonetheless in the homepage still appears the 'advertisement' to try the new theme.

I suggest a simple check to disable this message: if ice age them is active, do not present the information.

Long story, but I took the quick and easy route, which meant no automatic hiding.

One of these days, I'll update the announcement system on SOTT to allow inline code...

In any case, I only planned on leaving the announcement up for 3 days or so, so I'll take them down tomorrow morning.
