This would go hand in hand with what the C's recommended to get fluoride out of our system:

In other words, smoking can enhance cognition, fluoride can diminish it. So maybe one of the reasons the C's recommend aerobic exercise isn't just to physically get fluoride out of the system, but to also counteract its brain-numbing effects.
